Craig Wetherby Art Show @ Goods

Beginning this weekend through June 25th, you can catch the photography of Craig Wetherby who shoots awesome imagery of what's seen above and of artists such as Method Man and Slick Rick. The aforementioned are pictures you can see on skate decks pushed out by Manik as part of their Artist in Residence series.

The show is presented by Manik, Goods, and Zune. So, be sure to check out the work of Mr. Wetherby and if you can, you can be their for the opening reception on Saturday starting at 7pm followed by a party at the War Room at 9pm.

Goods x Zune Present: The Seattle Takeover 2

With the release of the second generation of Zune devices, another party is in order. I attended the first shindig for the launch of the initial media player back in January of this year. Bun B made an appearance as Ab Liva and the Clipse took the stage. The show was packed full of that snow white rap as the cool kids on the floor rapped word for word. That first show was celebrating the collaboration between Capitol 1524 and Zune on a limited edition version as seen below.



This second effort between Zune and another Seattle boutique, Goods, will be celebrated at The War Room on Friday, November 30th. This Friday get ready to be blessed with another mind bottling edition of the world's favorite party. We are host to a legendary DJ institution with the one and only Stretch Armstrong, we've got cheap booze as always, we've got airhorns, glowsticks, and a jam packed guestlist full of people primed and ready to destroy what's left of their minds before the birds start tweeting Saturday morning. According to Sinden this was the, and I quote, "best show he has ever played in the US." I think we should all take a moment to realize that we are all lucky to have one of the most epic parties ever to go to every other Friday.
