E-40 should hardly be a representation of good hip-hop. If we want to save hip-hop we should start by not endorsing those who only rap about money, cars, clothes and hoes. I love a bay area club cuts as much as the next person, but E-40(Earl as a reference to "40s" - 40 ounce bottles of malt liquor) is the farthest from a role model and is not a good person for the black youth of America to look up to. He only perpetuates the cycle and uses the "hip-hop dream" that tells the fallen youth that a life of drugs, promiscuity and alcohol abuse is exceptable (as long as you can rap have really catchy hooks and fly beats with lil jon screamin on you're tracks). <BR/>The truth is the E-40 concert would not bring about any change in young peoples lives.
